Use the correction form. It asks for the calculator, what you entered, what you expected and a source, and prepares an email with everything needed to reproduce the problem.
What to include
- The address of the page you’re writing about.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- For a display or accessibility problem: your browser, device and any assistive technology you use.
Please don’t send personal financial or health details, account numbers or identity documents. Made-up numbers that show the same problem are just as useful.
What we can’t help with
Smart Financial Calc can’t give personal financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and it isn’t connected to any lender, bank, insurer or government agency, so it can’t look up or change an account, application or tax record. For those, contact the organization concerned or a qualified professional.
